Who We're Looking For

Essential Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering. Any engineering discipline qualifies Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical, Industrial, or related fields. Your technical foundation and problem-solving mindset are what matter most.

2. Valid Driving License Sales engineering requires mobility. You'll be meeting clients, visiting project sites, and representing Davis & Shirtliff across the region your license is your ticket to these opportunities.

3. AutoCAD Proficiency (Competitive Advantage) While not mandatory, AutoCAD skills significantly enhance your candidacy. Technical drawings, project visualizations, and design presentations are integral to client engagement in these sectors.
