The Role: A Strategic Bridge Between Training and Operations

This isn't just a coordination role it's a strategic position at the heart of Signalytic's GAVI Project expansion. The Training and Logistics Coordinator will serve as the essential link between technical excellence and operational success, managing two critical streams simultaneously.

Training Program Management

You'll design and oversee a comprehensive technical training program, working alongside subject matter experts to develop certification curricula that meet rigorous quality standards. This includes:

  • Creating strategic training calendars that balance cohort scheduling with equipment availability
  • Securing venues, coordinating catering, and managing all training logistics
  • Ensuring trainers and trainees have everything they need to succeed

End-to-End Logistics Coordination

From customs clearance to last-mile delivery, you'll orchestrate the entire material supply chain:

  • Managing secure warehousing and distribution of project materials
  • Coordinating customs procedures for international shipments
  • Sourcing materials from local markets in collaboration with procurement teams
  • Ensuring safe transportation and security of equipment and personnel

Who Should Apply

Essential Qualifications

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination, logistics management, or technical training programs
  • Exceptional organizational skills with proven ability to manage competing priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Kinyarwanda

Bonus Points For

  • Knowledge of Rwanda's local vendor and logistics networks
  • Experience with technical, solar, or health sector projects
  • Strong track record of building effective partnerships with diverse stakeholders
