RODI Rwanda is thrilled to announce an exceptional opportunity for young, passionate individuals to make a meaningful impact in their communities. We are currently recruiting 3 Junior Facilitators Interns to join our team in Ruhango District for a transformative 12-month internship program.

About the Role

As a Junior Facilitator Intern, you'll play a vital role in shaping the future of youth education in Rwanda. This position offers a unique opportunity to train, mentor, and support Peer Educators young changemakers who are driving social impact in their communities.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include developing training materials, facilitating workshops, providing ongoing mentorship, and creating supportive learning environments where youth can thrive and develop essential life skills.

What We're Looking For

Position Details:

• Number of Positions: 3 Junior Facilitators Interns
• Duration: 12 months
• Location: Ruhango District

Ideal Candidate Profile:

We're seeking enthusiastic individuals who meet the following criteria:

• Age Range: 18-24 years old
• Educational Background: At least Senior Six (A1) or a Bachelor's Degree in social sciences, education, or related disciplines
• Passion: Genuine commitment to youth empowerment and community development
• Skills: Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal abilities
