The Role: More Than Just a Job

As a Charging Station Attendant, you'll be at the frontline of this green revolution. This position is perfect for customer-focused individuals who want to make a real difference in their community while building valuable technical and customer service skills.

Your Key Responsibilities

Operational Excellence You'll perform efficient battery swaps for motorcycle taxi drivers, ensuring they experience minimal downtime. Understanding and optimizing all charging station operations will be central to your role, from monitoring equipment functionality to maintaining tools and facilities.

Customer Service Champion Speed and professionalism matter. Moto drivers depend on quick battery swaps to maximize their earning potential. Your customer-centric approach will help maintain Ampersand's stellar reputation while supporting drivers in their daily operations.

Communication and Safety Daily reporting on station operations, providing riders with essential updates, and advising them on critical safety concerns are all part of ensuring smooth operations. You'll be a trusted source of information and support for the driver community.

Professional Standards Punctuality, proper use of protective equipment, and maintaining a clean, organized station are non-negotiables. You'll represent Ampersand's commitment to excellence in everything you do.

What You'll Need

The ideal candidate brings:

• At least a high school certificate
• Proficiency with smartphones and online platforms
• Physical fitness and commitment to hands-on work
• Flexibility to work various shifts (day or night)
• Willingness to work at different charging station locations
• A technical certificate from TVET school (advantageous but not required)
