About the Institution
Ntare Louisenlund School represents a strategic partnership between the Rwandan government and Stiftung Louisenlund, a distinguished German institution with over 75 years of excellence in boarding school education. Located on a 60-hectare campus in Bugesera District, approximately 45 minutes from Kigali, the school will accommodate up to 1,000 boarding students.
Our Mission
The school delivers world-class international education through our innovative Plus-STEM program, focusing on mathematics, computer science, natural sciences, and technology. As a candidate IB World School, we offer the International Baccalaureate Middle Years Programme, with the Diploma Programme scheduled to commence in 2028.

Role Overview:
The School Cleaner will play a vital role in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across our campus facilities, ensuring an optimal learning environment for students and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute comprehensive cleaning protocols for classrooms, dormitories, administrative offices, and common areas
- Maintain hygiene standards in accordance with institutional policies and health regulations
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Monitor and report maintenance requirements and safety concerns
- Support deep cleaning operations during academic breaks
- Ensure proper disposal of waste materials in accordance with environmental standards

Qualifications and Requirements:

Role Overview:
The Admissions Officer will manage the comprehensive admissions process, serving as a key liaison between prospective students, families, and the institution while ensuring the selection of exceptional candidates aligned with our academic standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer the end-to-end admissions process for all program streams
- Conduct preliminary assessments and coordinate entrance examinations

Role Overview:
The Inventory & Purchasing Assistant will oversee procurement operations and inventory management across all school departments, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost-effective purchasing practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage comprehensive inventory systems across academic, boarding, catering, and maintenance departments
- Process and coordinate procurement requests in compliance with institutional policies and budgetary constraints
- Develop and maintain strategic supplier relationships
- Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with vendors
- Monitor stock levels and implement automated reordering systems
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and accountability
- Perform quality control assessments on received goods and services

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Proven negotiation skills and vendor management expertise
- Proficiency in inventory management software and advanced Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience in budget management and cost control
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication skills in English (additional languages advantageous)
- Professional certification in procurement or supply chain management (CIPS, CSCP) preferred
