Community Mobilization: This is where the real magic happens. Ambassadors organize workshops, info sessions, and meetups that introduce peers to career opportunities. They build relationships with student associations, tech communities, and innovation hubs, creating pipelines of talent while fostering genuine community engagement.

Data & Insights: Ambassadors serve as the eyes and ears of Umurava, providing valuable feedback on what works, what doesn't, and what communities actually need. This input directly shapes how Umurava evolves its products and programs.

The program welcomes university students, TVET students, recent graduates, and young professionals aged 18-35. But more importantly, Umurava is looking for people with these qualities:

• The commitment to represent Umurava authentically and positively
