Position Overview

The Salesperson role at ADMA International Ltd is designed to drive business growth through effective customer engagement, relationship management, and strategic sales execution. Key Responsibilities

Sales Execution:

  • Complete sales transactions with consumers and corporate clients
  • Effectively explain ADMA's diverse range of biscuit products

  • Follow up on leads generated by other departments to maximize conversion

Customer Relationship Management:

Strategic Analysis:

Required Qualifications

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, or related field (preferred)

Professional Experience:

  • Essential: Proven sales experience in FMCG within the Nyarugenge area market
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Sound knowledge of sales strategies and industry regulations
