Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will take charge of comprehensive F&B operations, including:

Operational Management

• Oversee all Food and Beverage Department operations
• Coordinate Conference and Banqueting services
• Manage kitchen staff to ensure consistently high-quality food preparation
• Supervise front-of-house teams, including waiters, waitresses, bartenders, and hosts

Strategic Leadership

• Create and implement innovative menus that balance customer appeal with budgetary constraints
• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction across all touchpoints
• Manage inventory effectively and negotiate favorable terms with suppliers
• Stay ahead of food and beverage trends to keep offerings fresh and competitive

What You Need to Succeed

Education Requirements A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or a related field is essential. This educational foundation ensures you have the theoretical knowledge to complement your practical experience.

Experience M Hotel is seeking candidates with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in similar roles at 4 or 5-star hotels. This track record demonstrates your ability to deliver excellence in upscale hospitality environments.
